This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead initiatives aimed at achieving membership and enrollment objectives through marketing campaigns, new market ventures, health fairs, community engagement, training, member retention, sales visibility, outreach, and networking.
• Conduct research and evaluate market and business opportunities.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, collaborate on, and facilitate meetings, presentations, training sessions, orientations, focus groups, field marketing events, and projects.
• Establish and nurture business relationships and information channels to enhance membership and enrollment goals.
• Represent the department at vendor, departmental, cross-functional, community, and provider meetings.
• Create sales and broker product training, member retention, new member training, and outreach presentations.
• Act as the department liaison for market materials, collateral distribution, inventory management, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for key projects.
• Collaborate with management on workflow policy and procedure documentation, strategy formulation, planning, product development, collateral, and sales strategies.
• Identify and initiate field marketing, grassroots lead generation, provider co-op, and community venue opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to ensure successful market execution.
• Formulate strategies to enhance crossover enrollment and support outreach activities.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing experience.
• Experience in health insurance or managed care is preferred.
• Certain language skills may be necessary for some plans.
• A Driver’s License may be required by specific plans.
• A Life and Health License may be mandated by the business unit/department and can be acquired within 90 days of employment.
• For Fidelis Care and Medicare: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• For Medicare: Must be willing to travel up to 80%.
• Must be open to traveling within the assigned territory.
