This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Build and cultivate relationships with Hemophilia Chapter Executive Directors and their teams.
• Function as a strategic business partner to Hemophilia Chapters and Foundations.
• Implement distinctive, on-label, and approved programs as instructed by leadership.
• Act as a member of a cross-functional brand team, offering insights on strategy and messaging.
• Organize and carry out regional and national speaking events within the hemophilia community.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least five years of experience in the pharma/biotech/healthcare industry (clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in rare diseases or rare blood disorders may be considered in place of industry experience).
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Capacity to effectively communicate ideas to individuals or groups, tailoring presentations to the audience's needs.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Extensive project management experience, along with excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to manage several projects at once.
• Competence in executing strategic and tactical plans under tight deadlines.
• Must live within the designated geographic area of the assigned territory or within a reasonable distance as determined by leadership.
• Anticipated travel of 60-80%, which may vary based on geography, including weekend and evening commitments.
