This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You enjoy connecting individuals, fostering innovative partnerships, and making brands so relatable that people genuinely feel part of them.
• As a Community & Partnership Manager, you are not just a typical influencer manager or a pure community manager.
• We are seeking someone who can seamlessly integrate both roles.
• A person who establishes authentic relationships.
• Someone who has a deep understanding of communities.
• Who can discern when brand communication is genuine versus when it is not.
• In this position, you will oversee two equally crucial areas: forging strategic external partnerships and nurturing an authentic internal community.
• Simultaneously, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Community & Partnerships at Funzy, including the mid-term growth of a small team.
• You will cultivate long-term relationships with creators—from micro to macro—and focus on forming genuine partnerships rather than short-lived agreements.
• You will develop innovative brand collaborations and co-marketing initiatives with relevant family and lifestyle brands.
• You will manage a seven-figure creator and affiliate budget, evolving our partnerships with an emphasis on long-term brand development and sustainable ROI.
• You will plan creator events, community activations, and formats that unite people.
• You will establish YouTube and TikTok partnerships with potential for long-term growth.
• You will create an active Funzy community that extends well beyond traditional comment management.
• You will ensure that user-generated content (UGC) is systematically collected, activated, and utilized across various channels.
• You will relay the community’s voice back to the company, influencing areas such as product development, CRM, or content.
• At least 5 years of experience in community development and/or creator partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in building communities, creator networks, or brand collaborations.
• You possess an intuitive understanding of the experiences of families with young children, particularly mothers.
• You can think strategically while also executing tasks hands-on.
• You are accustomed to working independently and building initiatives without a large team.
• You have experience managing seven-figure budgets and can accurately analyze performance and ROI.
• You have a keen understanding of brand communication and write in an inviting, sincere manner without resorting to marketing clichés.
• Insights into the dynamic world of a rapidly growing e-commerce startup with ample opportunity to influence and shape initiatives.
• An inspiring company culture marked by innovation, flat hierarchies, direct communication, and swift decision-making.
• Ample opportunity to actively shape both a brand and a community.
• A focus on responsibility rather than micromanagement.
• Quick execution instead of prolonged approval processes.
• A team that genuinely tests out ideas.
• The chance to contribute to building one of the most exciting family brands in the DACH region.
• Modern work conditions: access to a shared office desk, a MacBook, flexible working hours, and the option to work remotely.
• Memorable team events that enhance team cohesion and offer variety.
• Attractive employee discounts for you, along with exclusive benefits for family and friends.
