📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing brand visibility by interacting with local business owners on Facebook groups and various online platforms.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, initiating discussions and identifying business owners in need of marketing services.

• Engage in daily postings across multiple Facebook groups while monitoring community interactions.

• Address inquiries from individuals seeking marketing assistance and send outreach communications using provided templates.

• Schedule qualified appointments in the calendar and engage directly with prospects in a professional and friendly manner.

• Must demonstrate organization, consistency, and comfort in communicating with business owners.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with Facebook groups or online community engagement.

• Capability to send daily outreach messages while adhering to a structured workflow.

• Comfortable in responding to comments and initiating conversations.

• Availability for daily check-ins and reporting tasks.

• Dependable internet connection and access to a functioning computer.

• Proficient in following scripts and utilizing basic tools (Facebook, Google Sheets, CRM software).

• Positive mindset, quick response time, and keen attention to detail.

• Experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation is advantageous.

• Ability to work autonomously and meet weekly performance indicators (KPIs).
