This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the voice of the community in critical discussions.

• Translate outcomes into actionable strategies.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.

• Oversee and enhance AI-driven community systems.

• Co-manage Trust & Safety and Community Health initiatives.

• Further enhance the community's organizational reputation.

• Expand and strengthen the Neighborhood Leads program on a global scale.

• Engage in face-to-face Nextdoor events such as trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and team-building activities.

• Foster in-person connections with team members and enrich Nextdoor’s company culture.

• Over 10 years of pertinent experience in managing or leading community programs at scale.

• Cross-functional influence is your primary approach.

• Possess entrepreneurial instincts combined with a strong grasp of enterprise dynamics.

• Extensive and nuanced experience within community environments.

• A true leader, not someone who hesitates to take charge.

• A sincere passion for local community engagement.

• Proficient in AI and a meticulous assessor of AI-generated outputs.
