• Serve as the voice of the community in critical discussions.

• Foster in-person connections with team members and enrich Nextdoor’s company culture.
• Over 10 years of pertinent experience in managing or leading community programs at scale.
• Cross-functional influence is your primary approach.
• Possess entrepreneurial instincts combined with a strong grasp of enterprise dynamics.
• Extensive and nuanced experience within community environments.
• A true leader, not someone who hesitates to take charge.
• A sincere passion for local community engagement.
• Proficient in AI and a meticulous assessor of AI-generated outputs.
