Community Manager – X/Twitter, Discord

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate relationships with active creators on Twitter (X) who are already discussing Recraft or would genuinely appreciate using it.

• Onboard new ambassadors, clarify the workings of the program, and provide support as they begin their journey.

• Maintain a well-organized and current pipeline of ambassadors — including their identities, ongoing projects, and how we can assist them.

• Take charge of the Discord community and explore new formats to keep it engaging.

• Provide feedback to the team regarding effective strategies, creator insights, and potential areas for program evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine passion for social media, creators, and online communities — it’s a significant advantage if you manage something similar yourself.

• Comfortable tackling issues without a predefined solution; open-ended questions do not deter you.

• Adept at tracking relationships with an expanding roster of individuals, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• A true enthusiasm for conversing with individuals and nurturing relationships, rather than merely posting content.

• A self-starter who is at ease working autonomously.

• Strong command of written English.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in community management, creator/influencer outreach, or growth-oriented roles.

• Familiarity with ambassador or affiliate programs.

• Experience utilizing CRM or outreach-tracking tools.

• An established personal presence on Twitter or similar platforms.
