This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and enhance our community of streamers.
• Design and execute social media and communication strategies that align with marketing objectives.
• Create captivating text, images, and video content for various social media platforms.
• Address comments and customer inquiries promptly.
• Monitor feedback and online reviews, providing reports as necessary.
• Organize and engage in events aimed at fostering community and increasing brand visibility.
• Collaborate with Development and Sales teams to remain informed about new products and features.
• Establish connections with customers, prospective clients, industry experts, and journalists.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital technology.
• Familiarity and experience within the live streaming sector and its services (Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
• Proven experience in initiating community projects (such as creating an online forum, launching an ambassador program, developing an event series, and producing an email newsletter).
• Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
• Strong writing skills.
• Practical experience in managing social media for brands.
• Capability to analyze website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
• Understanding of online marketing and associated channels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree or current enrollment in Marketing or a related field.
