This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and expand our community of streamers.
• Establish and execute social media and communication initiatives that align with marketing goals.
• Create captivating text, image, and video content for our social media platforms.
• Address comments and customer inquiries promptly.
• Track and report on user feedback and online reviews.
• Organize and engage in events to foster community and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the Development and Sales teams to remain informed about new products and features.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, prospective customers, industry professionals, and media representatives.
• Keep abreast of trends in digital technology.
• Proven experience and understanding of the live streaming industry and its services (Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
• Proven track record in launching community-driven initiatives (e.g. establishing an online forum, initiating an ambassador program, creating a series of events, and crafting an email newsletter).
• Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding writing skills.
• Practical experience in managing social media for brands.
• Capability to analyze website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree or current enrollment in a Marketing or related field.
