This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Monitor and actively engage with the Workspace Studio user community.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Gather and report community feedback on products.
• Experience in community management or social media within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with community platforms such as Discord and Google Chat.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with community members.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a user-centric approach.
