This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and execute strategies for community engagement to cultivate a vibrant and active atmosphere.
• Oversee, moderate, and engage in discussions within the community, ensuring a tone that is both respectful and constructive.
• Collaborate with the tech operations team to relay community feedback and insights.
• Create and design compelling multimedia content (such as images, videos, and infographics) for social media platforms and community forums.
• Plan and coordinate online events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to both engage and educate the community.
• Evaluate community engagement metrics and generate reports on the health and growth of the community.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in community management and technology operations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, ideally within a technology-focused field.
• Strong expertise in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing social media platforms and online forums.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
