• Develop and execute social media and communication campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.
• Create compelling text, images, and video content for social media platforms.

• Cultivate relationships with customers, potential clients, industry experts, and media representatives.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital technology.
• Demonstrated experience as a community manager.
• Proven success in launching community initiatives (e.g., establishing an online forum, initiating an ambassador program, organizing an event series, and composing an email newsletter).
• Capability to identify and monitor relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events).
• Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Practical experience in managing social media for brands.
• Ability to analyze website traffic and online customer engagement data.
• Familiarity with online marketing and various marketing channels.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient multitasking skills.
