This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and actively enhance our commerce community.
• Ensure that our users feel welcomed, interact with each other, and foster community growth.
• Gather feedback and suggestions from the community to bring into the company.
• Engage actively outside the platform in relevant communities and forums.
• Represent our organization at events and meetups, enhancing on-site engagement with our community.
• Create content and communicate our subjects authentically and effectively.
• Some prior experience in community management, social media, content creation, or a similar communication-oriented role.
• Proficient digital skills; comfortable using social media as well as engaging in online communities and forums.
• Passionate about proactively interacting with people and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication abilities; confident and genuine presence, including on camera.
• Proficient in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• 30 days of vacation.
