This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily community interactions across all social media channels, including comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Address a high volume of community engagements promptly, professionally, and in a manner consistent with the brand's voice.

• Strategically plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring that posts are released accurately and in accordance with the content calendar.

• Track brand discussions, sentiment, and industry trends through social listening tools like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, or similar applications.

• Analyze audience insights, recurring themes, and engagement patterns, translating these findings into actionable recommendations for the content and strategy teams.

• Compile and present structured performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, focusing on community engagement, sentiment analysis, and key trends.

• Promptly escalate sensitive, high-risk, or reputational issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders in a controlled manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital engagement roles within fast-paced environments.

• Preferred degree in Marketing/Communications or a related field, with strong collaboration skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, composed demeanor under pressure.

• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, including engagement strategies and best practices.

• Proficiency in tools like Brandwatch, Hootsuite Insights, or similar, with the capability to extract actionable insights.

• Experience in scheduling, publishing, and managing posts across multiple platforms.

• Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to handle a high volume of comments and direct messages while maintaining tone and accuracy.
