This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly organized and professional Community Management Virtual Assistant to assist a Community Manager in the Property Management / HOA sector.

• Directly oversee a portfolio of accounts.

• Engage in direct communication with Boards of Directors.

• Generate work orders and service requests in accordance with policy.

• Collect and process ARC requests when applicable.

• Coordinate access for service providers as needed to fulfill service requests.

• Send invoices to Accounts Payable.

• Monitor and manage clubhouse reservations.

• Assist with special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President or Regional Director.

• Draft, proofread, and distribute communications to boards and communities, including Issue Eblasts via software.

• Prepare for Board meetings and Annual Meetings.

• Track and organize meeting proxies and ballots.

• Schedule and arrange conference room meetings.

• Maintain community contacts for Associations.

• Build and nurture productive relationships with other departments within the company.

• Monitor and respond to email correspondence for both personal and regional inboxes.

• Ability to read and comprehend association governing documents.

• Excellent customer service capabilities.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
