Community Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete community lifecycle, focusing on engagement, retention, and expansion.

• Develop and implement both online and offline community initiatives, including AMAs, webinars, hackathons, challenges, meetups, and local events.

• Recruit, develop, and actively engage the Binance Angels community in India.

• Design repeatable engagement programs that foster ongoing participation.

• Serve as the visible and trusted representative of the Binance community in India.

• Oversee community channels such as Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp, ensuring a high-trust and high-quality environment.

• Monitor key community metrics, user behavior, and feedback to enhance performance.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to translate community insights into improved content, campaigns, and user experiences.

• Lead the planning and execution of on-ground events from start to finish.

• Stay informed about trends in crypto, blockchain, fintech, and digital culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building and expanding crypto communities, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in launching community programs such as ambassador initiatives, online forums, event series, or other engagement efforts.

• Practical experience in managing both online and offline events, from the planning phase to execution.

• Experience in securing sponsorships or partnerships for crypto and fintech events.

• Solid understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 trends and terminology.

• Capability to generate enthusiasm, encourage participation, and cultivate genuine community engagement.

• Strong execution skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently in an environment with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

• Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence in representing the community.

• Aptitude for turning feedback, insights, and data into actionable steps.

• Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is advantageous.
