This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Assist the Community Lending Specialist by ensuring documentation is accurate and records are well-organized.
• Develop and manage Excel spreadsheets that track mortgage outreach initiatives and marketing efforts for MMCT bank branches.
• Prepare documentation files for mortgage outreach initiatives in accordance with established procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of mortgage outreach documentation.
• Gather supporting documents from mortgage personnel.
• Review outreach submissions for thoroughness and accuracy.
• Complete mandatory BSA/AML training along with any other compliance training as required.
• Undertake any other related responsibilities as assigned.
• Familiarity with a specialized area such as basic accounting or computer applications.
• Completion of four years of high school, in addition to specialized training equivalent to two years of college.
• 0 to 6 months of relevant experience and/or training.
• 1 to 6 months of related management experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Capability to read and comprehend documents like policy manuals, safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
