Bilingual Community Manager – English, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Strategize, schedule, and disseminate the firm's content across Meta Business Suite (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube, 14 days in advance, ensuring alignment with the firm's voice, tone, and branding standards.

• Develop and execute a multichannel content strategy (including social media, web, and other digital platforms) focused on driving conversions, fostering community loyalty, and enhancing the firm's online reputation.

• Facilitate content brainstorming sessions for the creative team, documenting each concept (format, visual references, target platforms, and execution guidelines) and tracking it from idea generation to final publication.

• Evaluate social media trends, audience engagement, competitor activities, and industry best practices bi-weekly to recommend impactful content.

• Coordinate with the creative team (graphic designer and content creator) to ensure editorial timelines are adhered to, promptly addressing any obstacles or delays.

• Track key metrics for each active social network, generate bi-weekly comparative reports, and apply data-driven enhancements.

• Stay informed on new features, algorithm updates, and trends across platforms, sharing valuable insights with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Proficient in content management and analytics tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar).

• Excellent writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills to assess results and suggest data-driven enhancements.

• Exceptional organization and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
