• Identifying high-impact communities, creators, discussions, and distribution avenues

• Comprehending how users express their thoughts on various AI applications and challenges

• Experimenting with hooks, narratives, content perspectives, and light growth trials

• Cultivating relationships with early adopters, creators, and community advocates

• Demonstrating workflows, product updates, and use cases in an organic manner

• Determining which channels and messaging effectively enhance engagement and adoption

• Providing insights and trends back into product and go-to-market strategies

• Leveraging AI tools and automation to amplify workflows and growth systems

• You have previously expanded communities, accounts, audiences, or engagement

• You possess an understanding of how attention operates online in 2026

• You act swiftly and do not require extensive processes or frameworks

• You excel at recognizing what truly matters to people

• You naturally engage in experimentation, iteration, and continuous testing

• You already incorporate AI tools extensively in your daily workflows

• You have experience with startups, creators, AI products, online communities, or growth ecosystems

• Bonus points if:

• You have developed your own audience, page, newsletter, or community

• You have constructed AI-assisted workflows or automation

• You have conducted measurable growth experiments in the past
