Community Engagement Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Reuse Solutions Network (RSN), acting as the main coordinator for network members and their activities.

• Lead RSN sessions with large member groups, necessitating expert facilitation to manage group dynamics, incorporate diverse perspectives, and ensure productive outcomes among a wide array of stakeholders.

• Administer Basecamp and the RSP Hub, ensuring that shared online platforms remain organized and current for the team and partners.

• Participate in policy advocacy at both the state and local levels as needed.

• Develop resources on behalf of Upstream to aid the wider reuse and policy community.

• Represent Upstream at various speaking engagements, whether in-person or virtual.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the US.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 2 years of experience managing large, complex networks and projects with confidence and effectiveness.
