This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Lead sales initiatives and enhance care pathways for patients with rare diseases.
• Broaden the rare disease business footprint in the designated region.
• Discover growth prospects by following up on leads and triggers.
• Connect with community prescribers and drive growth through digital leads.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to promote disease awareness and referral assistance.
• Inform healthcare providers about product advantages and correct diagnosis pathways.
• Bolster the referral network by promoting appropriate referrals to specialists.
• Partner with Sanofi team members across various functions.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 4 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in rare diseases or specialized therapeutic areas is preferred.
• A digital-savvy mindset and proficiency in digital tools are preferred.
• Resourceful and adept at prospecting is preferred.
• High-quality healthcare.
• Prevention and wellness initiatives.
• A minimum of 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave.
