Community Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Interact genuinely with players on our Discord server across various channels and during live sports events.

• Provide prompt and helpful responses to player inquiries and requirements.

• Develop and implement community-centric initiatives such as giveaways, AMAs, and live discussions.

• Track player sentiment, behavior, and emerging trends, and relay insights to enhance products.

• Advocate for the community's perspective within the company while maintaining brand tone and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in building, moderating, or supporting digital communities, ideally in sports, gaming, or consumer brands.

• Strong familiarity with Discord, including moderation tools, roles, bots, and engagement features.

• Exceptional written communication abilities with a versatile tone: professional, playful, and empathetic.

• Knowledge of Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products, with the ability to articulate betting lines and prop picks.
