Community Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• You will represent Yelp in your area by participating in local events and fostering connections with business owners and community leaders.

• You will design, organize, and implement Yelp events in your territory.

• You will interact with your local Yelp Elite group both online and offline by organizing Yelp Elite events at local establishments and keeping them informed about the latest developments in your city.

• You will be tasked with creating Yelp collections for the Local Yelp newsletter, which showcases weekly themes highlighting the top local businesses to explore.

• You will oversee the daily curation and expansion of Yelp’s local social media presence on platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.

⛳️ Requirements

• You reside within a 30-minute commute of Central Coast North (from Santa Maria to Monterey).

• You are at least 21 years old and possess reliable transportation options.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• You excel in a self-directed work environment.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• The compensation range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00 per hour.

• The compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.

• The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
