This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement communication strategies that support healthcare modernization initiatives across the enterprise.
• Produce executive briefings, newsletters, implementation updates, presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, and various other communication materials.
• Prepare stakeholder communications to facilitate system deployments, ensure organizational readiness, and promote technology adoption.
• Collaborate with teams in Organizational Change Management, Training, and Program Management to guarantee consistent messaging throughout all project activities.
• Draft correspondence for executives, leadership talking points, customer announcements, and internal communications.
• Coordinate communication schedules, publication timelines, and distribution plans for project outputs.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement by creating communication products for meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and outreach events.
• Review, edit, and proofread communication materials to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Evaluate communication effectiveness and gather stakeholder feedback, offering recommendations for improving communication strategies.
• Manage communication documentation, templates, branding standards, and content repositories throughout the project lifecycle.
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing communications for enterprise technology, healthcare, or government programs.
• Outstanding written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills, with the capability to convey technical information to varied audiences.
• Proven experience in creating executive presentations, newsletters, communication plans, and materials for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools for communication and content development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption initiatives is preferred.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other federal healthcare organizations, as well as health IT, telehealth, or federal program management is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communication priorities concurrently.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
