Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute communication strategies specifically designed for the franchise network.

• Craft engaging emails, newsletters, announcements, and internal messages.

• Produce captivating content across various communication platforms.

• Enhance engagement and ensure that essential messages effectively reach franchisees and agents.

• Partner with leadership to convey business updates, new initiatives, campaigns, and company announcements.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice throughout all communications.

• Edit, proofread, and refine content for clarity, professionalism, and maximum impact.

• Oversee communication calendars to guarantee timely delivery of all messages.

• Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations for enhancing communication strategies.

• Assist with communication efforts for company events, campaigns, and significant announcements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Communications, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations, or a related area.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

• Advanced skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.

• Experience in designing engaging email campaigns and business communications.

• Proficient in managing communications across various digital platforms.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Prior experience supporting franchise or multi-location businesses.

• Experience collaborating with organizations based in the US.

• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).

• Experience utilizing content creation tools like Canva.

• Knowledge of communication analytics and engagement reporting.
