This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Assist in the implementation of essential communication strategies for the CX team.
• Develop, oversee, and disseminate communications with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Create talking points, presentations, organizational announcements, social media content, and digital materials.
• Manage the CX Communications Editorial Calendar.
• Support audience growth initiatives across video, social media, newsletters, paid channels, and emerging platforms.
• Conduct market analysis and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Produce executive content such as bylines, social media posts, and event presentations.
• Identify target audiences and effective communication methods.
• Monitor and evaluate executive communications programs and activities.
• Prepare messaging documents and briefing materials.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers.
• Assist in managing marketing calendars, campaign assets, and project timelines.
• Create and manage content while fulfilling ad hoc requests.
• Over 7 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Capability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in crafting engaging narratives and messages.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance data and reporting tools.
• Experience in supporting various strategic priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiasm and interest in podcasts, vodcasts, storytelling, and digital media.
• Background in integrated communications, ideally within a technology organization or agency.
• High level of AI fluency.
• Ability to leverage technology to innovate processes and achieve positive results.
• Skill in conveying technical information, data, and results effectively.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive and anticipatory mindset with sound judgment and discretion.
• Proven track record of enhancing effectiveness through objective-setting and accountability.
