Communications Lawyer – Digital Law, Civil Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial assessments of judicial and administrative cases (Procon), formulate and define strategies, and provide legal opinions to clients that include a case summary and recommended approach, while coordinating input from various teams as needed;

• Communications are to be conducted in English;

• Provide clients with updates on ongoing cases, acting as a liaison between the firm’s technical team and the client;

• Prepare documents that summarize received cases, translations, case timelines, and similar tasks.

• A postgraduate degree or specialization in Digital Law and/or Civil Procedure;

• Proficient in English, either advanced or fluent;

• Demonstrated proactivity;

• Resilience;

• Agility;

• Exceptional writing skills;

• Candidates must exhibit strong verbal and written communication, legal logical reasoning, a keen interest in technology, digital law, consumer law, and civil procedure, and be adept at managing a high volume of emails and requests. We are looking for a proactive professional who actively researches and seeks information and updates regarding the client's products.
