Commissions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the precise and prompt processing of sales commissions

• Ensure accurate calculation and timely processing of commissions for each period

• Uphold data integrity across all commission inputs and tracking systems

• Act as a reliable resource for the Finance team during monthly and quarterly closing periods

• Provide the Sales team with timely and precise responses to commission-related inquiries

• Reconcile and validate sales data inputs, which include bookings, quota attainment, and plan modifications

• Maintain commission tracking systems, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate

• Prepare commission accruals, variance reports, and supporting documentation for Finance closure

• Investigate and resolve commission disputes raised by sales representatives promptly

• Acquire a practical understanding of all active commission plans and apply them correctly

• Distribute commission statements to payees and address any calculation inquiries

• Document processes and identify areas for enhancing accuracy or efficiency

• Familiarity with the workings of commission plans

• Ability to delve into data to identify and rectify discrepancies

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across the organization
