Commissioning Manager – High Voltage Substations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for testing and executing commissioning activities for mid- to large-scale high voltage substation projects.

• Lead commissioning efforts with a global team of commissioning engineers through various project phases.

• Report directly to the Regional Commissioning Team Leader.

• Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are organized and conducted in accordance with safety protocols, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge and several years of experience in commissioning substations, power plants, or complex industrial electrical systems.

• Proficiency in both English and German; additional language skills are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel internationally and work at construction sites, with optional assignments on offshore platforms.
