This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.
• Oversee and organize all documentation related to commissioning projects across various active sites.
• Administer document control processes for commissioning procedures, reports, scripts, test forms, issue logs, and turnover packages.
• Monitor the status of documents, including approvals, comments, and pending deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation and publication of commissioning completion reports and final turnover documents.
• Ensure that all documentation remains up-to-date, properly revision-controlled, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain trackers for commissioning related to equipment readiness, testing status, deficiencies, and turnover milestones.
• Aid in monitoring installation completion, startup readiness, and the sequencing of turnover for MEP systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, TAB agencies, OEMs, and field teams to gather and validate necessary testing and startup documentation.
• Track and monitor system walkdowns, punch lists, deficiency resolutions, and equipment turnover status.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of integrated commissioning and turnover schedules.
• Support the creation of equipment matrices, system boundary verification, and coordination of turnover packages.
• Engage in MEP coordination meetings and relay any outstanding documentation or system readiness concerns.
• Provide assistance to Cx Managers and Cx Engineers with daily documentation and project coordination needs.
• Compile records for functional testing, startup reports, equipment checklists, and deficiency tracking logs.
• Maintain commissioning schedules, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Support both daily and weekly reporting needs for clients and internal leadership.
• Coordinate the collection of vendor documentation, OEM manuals, startup reports, and test results.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency of documentation.
• Ensure adherence to client standards, project specifications, commissioning procedures, and company quality requirements.
• Monitor timelines for documentation and turnover submissions, escalating delays as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining audit readiness and record-keeping for quality assurance purposes.
• Interface with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, OEM vendors, TAB contractors, controls contractors, and field teams regarding documentation and MEP coordination needs.
• Manage document requests, comments, revisions, and approvals.
• Take part in project meetings to discuss documentation status, turnover readiness, and outstanding actions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, commissioning support, MEP coordination, construction administration, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• High attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Preferred experience in mission-critical/data center settings.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes, turnover procedures, and MEP construction workflows.
• Experience in coordinating mechanical and electrical systems within construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction documentation systems and project management platforms.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and critical infrastructure systems.
• A blend of office, remote, and active construction site environments.
• Potential travel to domestic and international project locations.
