This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
• Lead the Commercial Zone Team to surpass Business Elite and Regional Small Business and Dealer Fleet objectives in alignment with volume targets.
• Mentor, train, coach, and develop talent among commercial district managers.
• Foster a Drive2Great culture.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices within the team.
• Maintain and expand the Business Elite network.
• Ensure compliance with Business Elite standards and assess the effectiveness of participants.
• Manage the Business Elite Dealer Network by evaluating sales performance and market share, addressing underperforming areas.
• Identify and engage additional Dealers to join the Business Elite Dealers network.
• Organize and execute commercial training meetings to enhance professionalism and sales skills.
• Collaborate on small business and dealer fleet lead follow-through with Dealers.
• Promote Dealer BDC implementation to boost commercial sales and improve small business service retention.
• Analyze market opportunities and work with the team to devise strategies and plans for business growth.
• Act as the subject matter expert for retail teams regarding the commercial business.
• Collaborate with regional zone teams to increase small business and dealer fleet sales across all GM stores.
• Coordinate and optimize Co-op Fund utilization.
• Capture specific opportunities through ad-hoc teams and initiatives.
• Participate in Regional Truck Club meetings.
• Support Government FAE in dealer-related matters.
• Manage Commercial Consensus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in field sales, marketing, or dealer operations, with a proven track record in driving performance and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading and developing team members.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with individuals both within and outside the organization.
• Proficient computer skills for data development, maintenance, and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capability to work independently while managing conflicting priorities.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis methodologies and the ability to develop effective resolutions.
• Solid understanding of dealer operations, including sales, service, and parts.
