This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Engaging in prospecting, qualifying, scheduling appointments, fostering relationships, and managing agencies within a virtual market to drive profitable sales and growth.
β’ Achieving and surpassing volume and profit targets while nurturing and expanding relationships with appointed agents.
β’ Acting as a subject matter expert by providing mentorship to others and offering assistance with special projects.
β’ Evaluating sales performance metrics and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Bachelor's Degree (4-year) preferred.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
β’ Required skills: Inside Sales, Profitable Growth, Relationship Building, Sales Performance, and Strategic Collaboration.
