Commercial Underwriting Investigations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive case evaluations to ensure safe trading on the platform.

• Utilize filters, member reports, and account assessments to make well-informed decisions regarding each case.

• Recognize and document trends, then provide insights to your leadership and the Risk/Trust teams.

• Offer feedback on filter effectiveness to the appropriate development teams.

• Manage escalations and deliver summaries as requested by leadership.

• Address appeals or handle customer inquiries through email communication.

• Make outbound phone calls or reach out to customers as part of your case review process.

• Collaborate with customers and various business units to ensure customer success on the platform.

• Present case outcomes, including the complete customer journey, to leadership.

• Review documentation to gain a better understanding of business models and their overall impact on eBay's business relationships.
