This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of a comprehensive operational procedure for title transactions.

• Collaborate with a remote team utilizing technology and virtual communication tools.

• Oversee all technical elements of a commercial title transaction – spanning from underwriting to post-closing – with substantial operational assistance.

• Leverage data to inform decision-making and drive ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic knowledge of underwriting regional or national commercial real estate transactions related to title insurance policy issuance.

• 5-10 years of experience in title underwriting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven track record in managing and serving clients effectively.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with admission to the bar in at least one state in the US.
