Commercial Truck Fixed Operations Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• You will be present at commercial truck dealerships for three weeks each month.

• Collaborating directly with Owners, General Managers, Service Directors, and frontline personnel.

• Conducting audits of operations and addressing any issues found.

• Identifying profit leaks and executing effective solutions.

• Training service advisors on high-level selling techniques that produce results.

• Mentoring managers on leadership skills and accountability.

• Promoting understanding of key performance indicators and ensuring teams meet their objectives.

• Providing a blend of on-site and virtual coaching tailored to client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 consecutive years as a top-performing "Service Manager" or "Fixed Ops Director" at a recognized dealership.

• Proven track record of positive outcomes in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), profitability, and team development.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. — three weeks each month.

• Ability to excel in new and challenging environments.

• A self-motivated individual who can command attention, build trust, and drive rapid change.

• Openness to learning, personal growth, and coaching others.

• Strong communication skills and comfort in leading training sessions.

• Flexible scheduling availability.
