This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Creating, implementing, and continuously enhancing strategic and compliant learning solutions for the commercial organization.
• Overseeing curriculum design, facilitation, assessment, onboarding, certification, and ongoing capability development for field and cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring the effective utilization of learning platforms and sales systems to provide continuous learning experiences that enhance readiness and performance.
• Collaborating with field managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business priorities.
• Developing and managing curricula focused on disease states, product knowledge, and essential skills.
• Facilitating a variety of training events and crafting blended learning experiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in commercial training, learning and development, enablement, or a related field, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, or other regulated healthcare settings.
• Proven expertise in curriculum design, adult learning principles, facilitation, assessment strategies, certification design, and learning measurement.
• Experience in developing and delivering onboarding programs, launch readiness training, product education, and ongoing capability-building initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with learning and commercial systems, including LMS platforms, CRM systems, Salesforce, Veeva, identity & access management (IAM) platforms, Field Data Tools like Power BI, LinkedIn Learning, and related enablement technologies.
• Ability to leverage training data, learner feedback, and business insights to enhance programs and demonstrate their effectiveness.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience thriving in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, promotional compliance, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
