📋 Description

• Accountable for aiding in real estate transactions through the examination of public records and title assessments.

• Gathers, investigates, and reviews public and tax documents.

• Creates precise and thorough title commitments.

• Adheres to established procedures and guidelines.

• Operates under general supervision with limited capacity to alter methods.

• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires over 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Must possess experience within the state of Colorado.
