This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Delivers escrow and title services for commercial transactions.
• Tasked with supporting and enhancing real estate transactions by ensuring a high standard of customer service and proactive communication with both internal and external clients regarding title services throughout the closing process.
• Responsible for establishing new commercial escrow accounts and managing the processing of escrow documents in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Functions as a neutral intermediary between buyers and sellers during real estate sales, overseeing funds and facilitating real estate transactions.
• Collaborates with clients, attorneys, and lenders in a consultative role to address issues affecting title insurability before closing for commercial transactions.
• Engages with clients and third parties to gather documentation necessary for resolving title-related issues, including missing information or discrepancies in the title commitment, in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
• Comprehends how the team integrates with related teams to achieve goals.
• Influences the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the team through individual contributions.
• Identifies and resolves both typical and atypical challenges; opts for solutions from established choices whenever feasible.
• Assesses and chooses solutions based on existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicates and clarifies complex information, including interdependencies within the team and with others.
• Operates under minimal supervision and may exercise discretion to adjust work practices and processes to achieve outcomes or enhance efficiency.
• Acts as an individual contributor and resource for less experienced team members; does not hold supervisory responsibilities.
• Executes all other tasks as assigned by management.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically necessitates 5+ years of relevant work experience.
