• Oversee a designated portfolio of clients throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
• Create and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
• Attain expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message for all opportunities.
• Conduct virtual consultations, product demonstrations, and follow-up sessions with prospects and existing clients, with in-person meetings required based on the region.
• Evaluate inbound and outbound leads and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Keep precise records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable value.
• Remain updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and the competitive landscape.
• Participate in root cause analyses for wins and losses.
• Share insights and lessons learned with the team, including account managers, marketing, and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of overall experience, including 3 years in sales or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the channel sales model.
• Strong skills in live and virtual presentations.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and prospecting.
• Experience in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet quota.
