Commercial & Technology Transactions Attorney, 2–4 Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Support clients with various contractual agreements that arise throughout the business lifecycle.

• Engage in contract drafting, reviewing, and/or negotiating based on the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate with sophisticated clients nationwide across diverse industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial and Technology Law (CAT).

• Proven experience in reviewing, revising, drafting, managing, and negotiating a range of vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements.

• Proficient in efficiently researching, drafting, interpreting, and summarizing commercial and technology contracts.

• Strong communication and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work effectively within a team.

• Candidates must currently hold a license, or be eligible to obtain a license, to practice law in Nebraska.

• Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements, and SaaS agreements is essential.

• Exceptional academic and professional credentials are required.

• Relevant experience in privacy, data security, and intellectual property will be considered an advantage.
