Commercial Technical Support Specialist, Molecular Biology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with your line manager to develop relevant non-sales strategies for the cell separation product line in the European region, advocate for the implementation of these strategies, and ensure the achievement of associated work objectives.

• Oversee the non-sales-related commercial promotion and comprehensive technical support for the immunology cell separation product line in the European region, addressing technical challenges related to product application.

• Manage the marketing and promotion of the Cell therapy/Reagent product line within the European region, enhance regional market awareness, and boost the market visibility and recognition of the products.

• Assist local commercial teams throughout Europe as needed; perform systematic customer mapping and profiling within the territory, accurately identify and categorize target client groups. Work alongside commercial colleagues to organize targeted customer visits, deliver professional product presentations, provide in-depth technical training, and offer on-site application guidance to improve customers’ overall understanding and operational proficiency of the products.

• Offer extensive technical support to the company's European regional commercial team and target customers, including product consultations, application Q&A, and the provision of technical solutions.

• Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry policies, and technological advancements in the European cell therapy and reagent sectors, systematically gather market information and customer feedback, and provide valuable insights for the company's new product R&D and product optimization efforts.

• Explore new technologies and trends in the area of cell separation and cell therapy in Europe, focusing on the characteristics and technical advantages of competitors' products, generate research and analysis reports, and support the company’s decision-making processes.

• Work collaboratively with the company’s R&D, marketing, commercial, and other interdisciplinary teams to facilitate the launch, promotion, and technical optimization of relevant products in the European region, ensuring effective and seamless cross-departmental collaboration.

• Complete other job-related tasks assigned by your line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• MSc / PhD degree in Immunology, Structural Biology, Protein Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related fields.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in commercial roles within the life sciences sector. Experience with catalog-based product portfolios (such as cell separation, cell therapy, or reagents) is advantageous.

• Strong capabilities in market research and information analysis, with the ability to keenly perceive industry dynamics and competitor information, and produce valuable analytical reports.

• Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling efficient connections with customers and internal teams.

• Outstanding cross-departmental collaboration skills, adept at working with commercial and R&D teams to resolve issues collaboratively.

• Strong sense of responsibility, execution, and learning agility, with the ability to quickly adapt to the work pace and cultural differences in the European region.

• Proficient in English; fluency in German, French, or Chinese is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business purposes.
