This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Overseeing critical elements of the GCO strategic planning process while contributing from both a strategic and content development standpoint.
• Organizing and participating in in-person Launch Academy sessions approximately once per quarter and aiding in the continuous improvement of the program.
• Coordinating the annual Marketing Excellence Awards process and providing suggestions for enhancements.
• Creating programs that are sustainable and scalable, incorporating ongoing refinements to improve business processes with documented impacts.
• Assisting with regular operational activities, including Monthly Performance Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborating with the VP of Strategy and GCO leadership to convert strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and measurable results.
• Preparing presentations, analyses, and briefing documents to assist senior leadership in decision-making.
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration among marketing, commercial, and regional teams.
• Supporting the Marketing Leadership Council through the coordination and preparation of relevant materials.
• Monitoring progress on strategic initiatives and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in supporting enterprise commercial strategy initiatives within a global or matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of commercial strategy, marketing, or go-to-market functions in the medical device, healthcare technology, or other regulated healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record in managing complex strategic programs involving multiple senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively translate high-level strategic objectives into structured initiatives, program plans, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and analytical materials to support senior leadership in decision-making.
• Experience in supporting ongoing executive operating activities such as strategic reviews, business reviews, or performance management forums.
• Skill in coordinating and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across marketing, commercial, regional, and operational teams.
• Experience with commercial transformation or operational improvement initiatives aimed at scaling processes, tools, or operating models.
• Familiarity with commercial analytics, performance tracking, or strategic KPI monitoring used to evaluate business performance and the progress of initiatives.
• Experience with commercial enablement platforms or tools like Salesforce (SFDC), other CRM systems, commercial analytics platforms, or sales enablement technologies.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that meets the criteria outlined in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
