This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Establish and enhance relationships with customers

• Actively seek out new business opportunities

• Oversee the complete sales process and generate precise forecasts

• Foster connections with Key Opinion Leaders and partners

• Represent the organization at industry conferences

• Provide training to bolster brand visibility and credibility

• Exhibit credibility with key stakeholders in formulation departments, chemistry manufacturing and controls, clinical development, regulatory, and stability teams

• Assist customers in understanding and conveying guidelines

• Collaborate with regulatory specialists and keep track of policy changes

• Convert regulatory advancements into commercial prospects

• Support or mentor fellow associates in the region

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in Life Sciences or Business

• Demonstrated experience in account management within Life Sciences, Biotech, or pharmaceutical fields

• Deep understanding of drug development processes, particularly Monoclonal Antibodies

• Skilled in pinpointing key call points throughout the drug development workflow

• Strong knowledge of key personas in biotech firms, including CMOs and CROs

• Proven track record of consistent revenue growth and exceeding sales goals

• Holds technical expertise in drug development

• Practical experience in stakeholder engagement and KOL management

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Analyzes market data to guide channel partner strategies

• Operates effectively across various functions in matrixed environments

• Provides mentorship to teams

• Translates regulatory insights (FDA, EMA, PMDA, etc.) into practical commercial strategies

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
