
Commercial Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
β’ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems as well as kitchen equipment.
β’ Service a range of equipment, including refrigeration, cooking, and ware-washing systems.
β’ Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals effectively.
β’ Liaise with manufacturers for technical assistance and parts identification.
β’ Install replacement components and carry out repairs in a timely manner.
β’ Complete service documentation, including work orders and inventory tracking.
β’ Keep the service vehicle and tool inventory clean and organized.
β’ Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
β’ Identify and suggest preventative maintenance or additional services as needed.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen equipment.
β’ Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
β’ Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams.
β’ A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
β’ Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation.
β’ EPA certification is preferred.
β’ CFESA certification is preferred.
β’ Experience with commercial refrigeration systems or food service equipment is preferred.
β’ Ability to work independently in a field environment.
