Commercial Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems as well as kitchen equipment.

• Service a range of equipment, including refrigeration, cooking, and ware-washing systems.

• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals effectively.

• Liaise with manufacturers for technical assistance and parts identification.

• Install replacement components and carry out repairs in a timely manner.

• Complete service documentation, including work orders and inventory tracking.

• Keep the service vehicle and tool inventory clean and organized.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.

• Identify and suggest preventative maintenance or additional services as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen equipment.

• Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation.

• EPA certification is preferred.

• CFESA certification is preferred.

• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems or food service equipment is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
