This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for spearheading the company’s entry into the Brazilian market
• Establishing distribution channels
• Cultivating strategic partnerships
• Enhancing sales through local distributors and importers
• Serving as the brand ambassador in Brazil
• Identifying and onboarding distributors and importers within the hookah sector
• Leading negotiations and structuring partnerships
• Developing and nurturing relationships with partners
• Representing the company within the local market
• Gathering and analyzing market data (pricing, competitors, channels)
• Providing insights on market entry strategy tailored to local specifics
• Assisting with international shipments in collaboration with headquarters
• Experience in the hookah market (essential)
• Knowledge of distribution, importation, and B2B channels
• Expertise in market development and commercial partnerships
• Demonstrated experience in the hookah industry in Brazil (essential)
• Background with companies such as Zomo, Fumax, Grupo Ibra (Rainbow, Nova Panda), Carvão D’COCO, or other notable players
• Business development and distribution skills
• Practical experience with distributors and importers
• Familiarity with international trade (import/export)
• Proven track record in negotiations and closing deals
• University degree
• Language proficiency: English - Advanced
