Commercial Rack Refrigeration Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Servicing a variety of commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems, including walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, rack systems, and others.

• Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Confidently troubleshooting and repairing systems with minimal supervision.

• Delivering exceptional customer service while representing Five Star Refrigeration in the field.

• Adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

• Participating in on-call rotations in a 24/7 service setting, with premium compensation for on-call shifts.

• Keeping accurate records of service and maintenance activities.

• Assisting in other service areas as necessary to support the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration.

• Proficient diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.

• Technical training obtained through apprenticeships, RSES, trade school, or equivalent experience.

• EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

• Experience with various refrigerants.

• A strong commitment to quality, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
