📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated CDMO/CMO clients.

• Deliver organized updates to customers and manage their expectations throughout the project duration.

• Collaborate with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel regarding manufacturing readiness, timelines, priorities, risks, and execution.

• Develop and uphold project plans that encompass scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.

• Oversee launches, supply initiatives, technology transfers, and ongoing commercial operations.

• Manage internal projects that support CDMO processes, governance, tools, and methodologies.

• Identify bottlenecks, trade-offs, and execution risks while implementing mitigation strategies.

• Assist in the transition from signed opportunities to active project execution.

• Create customer updates, internal status reports, action logs, and decision trackers.

• Monitor project milestones and coordinate with Finance and Commercial teams to guarantee timely and accurate invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or a closely related regulated manufacturing setting.

• Proven experience in managing customer-facing projects, particularly those involving technology transfers, new product launches, commercial introductions, or supply continuity initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows, including Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a clear structure, discipline, and follow-through.

• Exceptional communication skills with both external customers and senior internal stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail.

• Proficient in Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.
