Commercial Planning Assistant – Undergraduate Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Inside Sales and Regional Unit teams in identifying and addressing challenges related to the student enrollment process.

• Track and resolve tickets and issues associated with the enrollment stages.

• Oversee commercial demands, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding items.

• Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure the completion of requests.

• Act as a liaison with Support Departments, enhancing communication and integration across teams.

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and processes concerning student enrollment.

• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of commercial activities by supporting the resolution of daily issues.

• Assess the needs of Regional Units, providing assistance for operational demands and challenges.

• Participate in regional meetings, discussions, and alignment sessions, sharing relevant operational information.

• Collaborate with various teams to devise solutions, fostering a quicker and more efficient experience for the departments involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Quality Management, Production Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience with sales and/or sales CRM systems.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, RM TOTVS, and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.

• Agility, proactivity, and creativity in identifying solutions and opportunities for enhancement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively and in an organized manner.
