This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Sales support: Assist unit sales teams by evaluating data and delivering management reports that guide daily operations.
• Performance and KPI analysis: Track commercial outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs), generating actionable insights to support leadership's decision-making process.
• Lead-generation campaign management: Collaborate with the Marketing team to monitor campaigns, analyzing the enrollment funnel (leads, conversion rates, and volume), and assist units with related customer interactions.
• Re-enrollment and retention management: Oversee units' re-enrollment funnel, identifying areas for improvement to minimize churn and enhance student lifetime value (LTV).
• Process and analytics development: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of commercial processes, advocating for automation of routines and elevating the analytical capabilities of the area.
• Commercial analyses and initiatives: Aid in the development and analysis of strategic materials for the commercial cycle, including campaign blitzes (mutirões), promotions (such as "Salta Pontos"), and other initiatives to drive results.
• Customer support channels management: Serve as the main point of contact for operating Blip, ensuring efficient service and high quality in the customer journey.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
• Prior experience in Sales Ops, FP&A, financial planning, or analytical roles;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel;
• Experience in creating reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations;
• Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Effective communication skills to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Differentials
• Previous experience in Commercial, Sales, or Revenue sectors;
• Familiarity with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools;
• Experience in service companies, education, retail, or high-growth environments.
