Commercial Masonry Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute project takeoffs for commercial masonry projects (CMU, brick, cast iron)

• Provide precise bidding details and estimates for significant general contractor assignments

• Engage in turnkey projects throughout the southeastern United States (Mississippi, Alabama, Florida)

• Produce dependable, comprehensive takeoff documentation to aid bid submissions

• Collaborate virtually with the internal team to achieve project deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in estimating construction projects in the US

• Background in civil engineering or relevant masonry/construction estimating experience

• Proficient in English

• Skilled in commercial masonry takeoff techniques

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Capable of working remotely within the US timezone

• Ensures accuracy and reliability of bid information

• Experience with US-based commercial construction projects

• Fluency in English

• Ability to work remotely aligned with US timezone
