Commercial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in a strategic and consultative manner for the commercial development of the FIDC, focusing on structuring and negotiating financial transactions with medium to large enterprises.

• Broaden the customer base while fostering loyalty among significant accounts.

• Identify and pursue companies that align with the portfolio, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

• Assess risks, analyze balance sheets, and review financial documents to assist in credit evaluation and transaction structuring.

• Cultivate consultative relationships with C-level executives, including CFOs and Controllers.

• Negotiate deals while considering transaction volume, associated risks, and potential returns.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to generate commercial insights and discover new opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with risk, credit, and operations teams during the onboarding and retention phases of customer relationships.

• Provide regular updates on performance indicators and results related to customer acquisition, active portfolio management, and revenue generation.

• Contribute to enhancements in products, processes, and overall commercial strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in structuring financial transactions, including FIDCs, securitization, corporate credit, or similar financial products.

• Advanced understanding of working capital, receivables financing, and corporate cash flow management.

• Exceptional analytical abilities for risk assessment and financial statement analysis.

• Experience in serving B2B clients with annual revenues exceeding BRL 30 million.

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Willingness to work full-time.

• Contractor engagement under a PJ arrangement.
